But some Mandurah drivers have proved that it’s not just while in transit that their skills have been … well, bad.
Over the year, the Mandurah Mail has been sent a slew of nominees – albeit unwilling ones – for Mandurah’s worst driver.

Maybe they thought the park was just really, really big…..
And that the blue lines were just decoration.
Or maybe they thought the roundabout was more of a speed hump?
Or maybe it just snuck up on them?
Either way, they were certainly caught out by others in the community.
