Mandurah Forum welcomed their first brand new store as part of the centre’s redevelopment this week, and it is set to get locals into shape.
Sporting goods franchise Jim Kidd Sports is the first retailer to open as part of the $350 million redevelopment, with Australia Post and The Coffee Club set to follow suit.
“The team was excited to welcome customers to our new store,” a Jim Kidd’s spokesperson said.
“As a proud West Australian brand, we’re thrilled to open in Mandurah Forum, and we’re excited to offer shoppers our quality range of sporting goods for the whole family.”
Both Australia Post and the Coffee Club will move to the Dower Street end of the shopping centre later this month.
“It’s exciting to welcome Jim Kidd Sports, Australia Post and The Coffee Club into their brand new stores,” Forum manager Jacqueline McKenzie said.
“Together with the opening of the multi-deck and rooftop car parks, we hope the community is getting a real sense of what’s to come at Mandurah Forum.”
The Coffee Club owner Kevin Gooch said the cafe wound be giving away free coffees to their first 100 customers.
The centre’s next milestone will be the opening of the new Target store, the fresh food market hall and 80 new speciality stores mid this year.
