Pyramids @ The Cut is receiving excellent reviews for its great food, friendly service and warm welcoming atmosphere.
Located within The Cut Golf Course clubhouse there are three separate dining areas to choose from so you can relax with friends on the terrace, have a casual meal with the family in the Brasserie or enjoy a romantic evening in the full service dining room.
With the golf course open to the public daily the clubhouse bar beckons for a nice cold drink after your round and there is always a selection of fresh sandwiches and wraps through summer or hot snack and soup through winter
The restaurant welcomes visitors five days a week and has just released an all new summer menu and wine list which is available for lunch or dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, plus there’s a new Brasserie snack menu and kids meals being served for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, except Thursdays when the kitchen closes at 3pm.
Every Wednesday night there’s a sensational new $20 blackboard special.
The average price for an entree is $15 with mains ranging from just $18 through to $36.
The five spice cured confit pork belly served on a potato roesti and wilted greens with smashed cider apples and thyme jus (pictured) is fast becoming a local favourite.

The large sunny terrace overlooks the putting green and native landscape which is a great backdrop for the live music on the terrace now playing both Friday from 5.30-8.30pm and Sunday sessions from 4-7pm.
The chef cooks delicious paella for just $15 outdoors on Fridays from 6pm.

With The Cut securing at least four new tribute nights in 2017 the chefs from Pyramids will be busy not only running Pyramids Restaurant but also creating a sensational three course meal for each event.
The season kicks off on Saturday, February 25 with a Dusty Springfield and Tom Jones tribute from 7pm.
Past events have been sold-out within weeks and public feedback regarding both the meal and entertainment was exceptional.
