An Erskine man charged over the death of a cyclist in Halls Head earlier this year has still yet to plead.
Keith Michael Osman, 73, made a brief appearance in Mandurah Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He is facing three charges in relation to the March 29 accident which killed 70-year-old Gabriele Schiller Brett.
The charges include failing to report an accident, failing to render assistance following an accident and aggravated dangerous driving causing death.
The accident happened at the roundabout on Old Coast Road and McLarty Road.
Mrs Schiller-Brett, who had been riding her bike at the time, was given CPR at the scene and rushed to hospital, but she died shortly after the crash.
Major Crash investigators spent the day gathering evidence Mr Osman allegedly failed to stop.
His vehicle was towed for examination later that day.
Mr Osman will next face court in Perth on August 17.
His bail was renewed.
