- · Four counts of Indecent Dealing of a Child who is a de-facto relative
- · Nine counts of Sexual Penetration of a Child who is a defacto relative
- · One count of Child under 16 years, Persistent Sexual Conduct with
- · One count of Intent to Expose a Person under 16 years to Indecent Matter.
It is alleged the offences were against a girl and occurred between May 2012 and July 2015.
