Four teams have already locked in finals appearances but the order of where they finish still up for grabs.
Centrals lead the pack with Waroona in second.
Pinjarra and Halls Head are one win behind in third and fourth.
Waroona has the easiest draw out of all top four teams coming up against Rockingham, South Mandurah and Mandurah twice in the final five games, which has them poised to finish the season in first position.
South Mandurah sits in the last finals spot two games clear of Baldivis but are not assured of playing finals just yet.
South Mandurah has an extremely difficult run home playing the four sides above them before facing Baldivis in the final round.
Baldivis should get the job done against Mandurah and Rockingham, both teams below them on the ladder, and draw level with South Mandurah if they are unable to cause any upsets.
This would make the final game of the season an early elimination final with the loser missing out on a spot in the top five.
The bottom two sides Rockingham and Mandurah would hope to finish the season off strongly and upset some of the other sides’ premiership hopes.
This weekend Mundijong play South Mandurah, Waroona take on Rockingham, Pinjarra play Baldivis and Halls Head come up against Mandurah.
