A 60-YEAR-OLD Falcon man is one of seven people charged after a police investigation into a trio of shootings across the district.

Tactical Response Group and drug detection dogs from WA Police and the Australian Federal Police executed a search warrant on a home on Baldivis Road in Baldivis after the three shooting incidents in Kwinana in March where shots were fired at properties.
It is alleged a number of items of interest were located during the searches of the home and subsequent vehicles which included ammunition, fireworks, three replica firearms and a starter pistol as well as a replica AK47 assault rifle, three laser pointers, 10 bayonet knives, $5720 in cash, items believed to be stolen or unlawfully obtained and substances believed to be cannabis resin, cannabis leaf and heroin.
Four people were present at the time of the search but during that time others arrived in “numerous” vehicles which resulted in more people being questioned.
The 60-year-old Falcon man has summonsed for no authority to drive while six others will face various charges.
A 51-year-old man from Baldivis has been charged with possessing a controlled weapon, fireworks, a prohibited drug (cannabis) and a smoking implement.
He is due to appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court at a later date.
A 20-year-old man from Baldivis has been charged with possessing a controlled weapon and breach of bail.
He will appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court on June 21.
A 50-year-old man from Munster, a 45-year-old man from Warnbro and a 50-year-old woman from Baldivis will all face drugs charges in Rockingham Magistrates Court on June 21.
A 37-year-old woman from Shoalwater will also be summonsed for no authority to drive.
Inquiries into the three incidents in Kwinana are continuing.
