A Madora Bay cake decorator has attracted international attention for her unique and intricate works.
Anna Comper is no stranger to accolades when it comes to her baking skills.
Ms Comper wins awards in almost every competition she enters.
Renowned Italian cake decorator and pastry chef Antonio Argentieri recently approached Ms Comper and asked her to construct a cake, 135 centimetres tall.

Mr Argentieri’s cake was for one of his cousin’s weddings, held at the Perth Convention Centre.
Ms Comper said she was shocked Mr Argentieri trusted her with the massive task.
The cake is 98 centimetres in width, has 13865 frills, 3833 petals, 367 roses, and 1070 quilts.
Ms Comper said the cake took her about 70 hours to make.
Despite its spectacular appearance the cake isn’t edible, and has polystyrene in its centre.
Ms Comper said she was still waiting to hear back from the Australian National Cake Decorators Association as to whether the cake’s size was a record.
Ms Comper said she was honoured to create the cake and hoped the opportunity would help build her businesses profile.
The local cake maker hasn’t always decorated cakes, originally from the Czech Republic Mrs Comper has spent the majority of her life as a pastry chef, including a 10-year stint in London.
Mrs Comper only made a change to cake decorating after moving to Australia.
