Harcourts Mandurah was named the best branch in the state at the company’s WA Annual Awards at the Crown Ballroom on the weekend.
The team cleaned up at the event, receiving Top Sales Office of the Year, Property Management Business Development - Office of the Year and Property Management Office of the Year.
Lee Perry, Ben Hatch, Liza Hogan and Theo Alexandrou also took out Top Exclusive Lister of the Year, Top Sales Consultant of the Year – Settled Sales, Property Management Business Development for Top Individual and Rising Star of the Year, respectively.
Harcourts Mandurah licensee Wayne Davey said the wins were a positive sign for the local market.
“It means that there is movement in the marketplace,” he said.
“There is a wide spectrum of buyers, from people scaling up or down and a renewed interest from investors.
“While others are stating it’s a quiet market our team is selling between 45 and 60 properties a month, a very positive sign for the local area. ”
