It’s understood two woman were in a car that collided with a tree in Lake Clifton on Tuesday morning.
A woman was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with an injured arm and another patient was taken to Peel Health Campus as a priority one with chest pain.
11.25am:
The RAC Rescue helicopter is taking a woman to Royal Perth Hospital following a car crash in Lake Clifton.
The emergency rescue helicopter is expected to land at the hospital around 11.30am.
9.44am:
Emergency service crews are working to free an elderly woman, after her car collided with a tree in Lake Clifton.
The crash occurred on Old Coast Road, near the intersection of Holmes Road, about 9.30am on Tuesday morning.
It’s believed the woman, in her 80s, has sustained a broken wrist and is having difficulty breathing.
St John Ambulance officers have called an RAC Rescue helicopter to the scene to transfer the woman to hospital.
Volunteer fire and rescue services from Waroona and Falcon are attending the scene.
