Fashion giant David Jones will open its doors to Mandurah shoppers on March 22.
The popular store will join other big-name retailers at an officially opening of the final stage of the Mandurah Forum $350 million dollar redevelopment.
Customers are invited to celebrate the unveiling of the Mandurah Forum store which is the first ‘new look’ David Jones for the Perth region, and will feature the department store’s internationally awarded new design.
David Jones will serve complimentary barista coffee before the store opens and the first 100 customers will receive a David Jones gift bag.
That evening, the store will come to life with a live DJ and complimentary sparkling wine for customers, who can also take of advantage of a number of offers that will run from opening day and through the weekend
David Jones chief executive officer David Thomas said the store fit-out was progressing well.

David Jones Mandurah will offer an unrivalled mix of fashion, beauty, accessories and home, complemented by a range of premium instore services including a dedicated Concierge, personal styling in the Personal Shopping Suite, click and collect and bookable beauty services.
When up and running, the centre will deliver shoppers a complete fashion experience.
On top of brands such David Jones and H&M in the fashion mall, popular retailers such as Seed, Bonds, Lovisa, Bardot, Cotton On, Peter Alexander and Mecca Maxima will provide something for everyone.
For Mandurah shoppers keen to attend, the grand opening will be held at 8am.

Mandurah Forum manager Jacqueline McKenzie said the centre, which has nearly doubled in size, will provide the Peel Region with a fashion destination like never before.
“I am very excited to announce the day we bring this vibrant new shopping destination and community hub to the region,” Ms McKenzie said.
“I am grateful for the community’s patience and excitement throughout the redevelopment, and I can’t wait to show them the completely transformed centre – I think they will agree it has been well worth the wait.”
Other fashion retailers confirmed for the grand opening include Cotton On Kids, Cotton On Body, Sunglass Hut, Portmans, Forever New, Bras n Things, Tarocash, Supre, Jacqui E, Honey Birdette, Sportsgirl, Oakley Vault, Just Jeans, Universal Store, Jeanswest, Sussan, TS14+, Gazman, Naturalizer and Decjuba.
Footwear retailers such as Wittner, Sketchers, Platypus Shoes and Footlocker will also open in the fashion mall on grand opening day.
Vicinity centre’s executive general manager of development Carolyn Viney said the centre launch day represents an exciting time for Mandurah Forum.
