A Mandurah couple will be opening a new business venture in Greenfields that the whole family is beyond excited about.
Business owners Aaron and Deanna Trousselot will be have four businesses already under their belt in hospitality, tourism, travel and beauty, but this will be their largest venture thus far.
Infinity GymSports was not only about business – it would also complement the family’s lifestyle.
The couples daughter Tallica, 8, was chosen to be a WA Institute of Sports gymnast at a young age, but the family found it hard to keep up with the dedication and sacrifices.
Ms Trousselot said it was not only expensive but the travel-time became impractical.
“This was a business move, but also a move for the kids and to allow Tallica to do the hours she needs,” Ms Trousselot said.
“We know business, we know what parents want and we knew that Mandurah didn’t have gymnastics, so we thought we may as well bite the bullet and start our own.”
The club will hold recreational gymnasium classes through to a national level.
Gymnastics is not only about exercise, but it is also good at building confidence, Ms Trousselot said.
The all-ages gymnasium will have different classes including cheerleading, tumbling and little ninjas.
An open-day was held recently to showcase the facility.
“There were lines of people that showed up,” Ms Trousselot said.
Infinity GymSports will be where the old Fun Factory was located, at 79 Gordon Road.
