Coolup Progress Association hosted Halloween In The Park as part of Peel Region Outdoors October month long calendar of events.
The community enjoyed a spooky end to the Outdoors October where children and adults attended with most dressed in costume.
Children enjoyed games of tunnel ball, using jack-o-lantern pumpkins, pinata and trick or treating around town with their friends with everyone enjoying a BBQ meal afterwards.
Coolup Progress Association secretary Bev Alexander said the event was a hit.
“A huge thank you must go to our president Ange Rogers, who organised this very successful event,” she said.

Through October the community have been taking part in a variety of outdoor recreation events, discovering and experiencing the diverse natural, cultural and historical features of Peel region's range of trails and public outdoor spaces.
The month-long program is an annual state-wide initiative of Outdoors WA, to engage people in the benefits of outdoor recreations.
The South Metropolital Health Service Peel and Peel Trails Group collaborated with local organisations to provide Peel regions first Octobers October.
An active community with people using their local parks, reserves and outdoor spaces makes for a healthier, safer and better connected community.
