Australian service men and women, their families and those honouring Anzac Day flooded Mandurah this morning for a march to the war memorial led by Mandurah’s Returned and Services League.
The parade formed up near Pinjarra Road around 9.30am before marching across Mandurah’s bridge for the last time.
The march was joined by veterans of World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and later conflicts and peace missions, along with fire and emergency service workers, SES volunteers, cadets, school children and well-wishers honouring the Anzac spirit.
An Anzac Day memorial service was held after 10am at the Mandurah War Memorial.
