Get ready to strut your stuff as the ladies’ winner will take home a gorgeous $4000 diamond courtesy of the Mandurah Mail (supplied by Andros Jewellers), the runner-up to receive a great prize from Gannon's for the best hat.
The guys won't be left out – there will be a division for them with a great Thomas Sabo prize for the winner, courtesy of Andrew Ralph Diamond Jewellers.
The infield 100m2 HD big screen will broadcast fashions on the field and the thoroughbred action from Pinjarra and across Australia. AFL will be on the big screen at the main bar.
Live music will be provided by Leather ‘n Lace. A mounting yard preview will be held prior to every race.
Free kids’ entertainment includes pony rides, face painting and the bouncy. Kids under 16 accompanied by an adult will get free entry to the racecourse.
GA tickets are $25 per person (pre-purchase available from the Mandurah Mail, with bonus race program). Trackside Gazebo Gully has limited reserved seating space available at an additional $11 per person.
Refreshments will be available from takeaway food outlets and the downstairs Family of Man restaurant. Bridles room bookings are still available, and gazebos remain for hire in the reserved Gazebo Gully. There are several beverage outlets to choose from including Thorny Devil craft beer on tap at the Old Bookies Bar.
A Peel Bus Hire shuttle bus is available at a charge,connecting to Transperth trains from Mandurah Station and departing from other key landmarks in the local Mandurah/Pinjarra area to the racecourse and returning later in the day.
