“Harnessing Food Trends and Agri-Innovation for Profit” will see UK global food marketing expert Professor David Hughes’ keynote speech address consumer-driven food and drink trends that shape our future.
Then, innovation expert Associate Professor Christopher Vas from Murdoch University’s Singapore Centre for Research in Innovation Productivity and Technology (SCRIPT) will speak on smart urban farm factories.
