Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a man acting suspiciously at fast food outlets across the metropolitan and Mandurah area.
In the past month the man attended a number of fast food outlets several times during the day and sat near young children.
He placed a cardboard box on the table and it is possible there was a recording device inside.
In some incidents it is believed he may have indecently exposed himself to the children.
These incidents have occurred in suburbs from Warnbro in the South to Ellenbrook in the north and numerous suburbs in between including; Spearwood, O’Connor, East Perth, Halls Head and Cannington.
The man is described as being fair skinned, 175cms tall with a medium build and short grey hair.
During the incidents he was wearing a long sleeve top, shorts, work boots and a distinctive wide-brimmed hat with duct-tape around it.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have encountered this man or seen him acting suspiciously.
