Mandurah fire crews were called to extinguish a blaze at Foundation Christian College on Monday evening.
The fire broke out about 8.30pm, and is understood to have involved a vehicle.
Minimal damage has been done to the school building.
Police were called in, with the fire believed to have been deliberately lit.
Investigations are under way.
