Trio face Mandurah court on undersized crabbing charges

Mingyin Ng, Ming Fei Wu, and Dunan Sun have all be charged with possession of a totally protected fish.

Mr Sun made a brief appearance in court on Tuesday.

An interpreter engaged to speak for the accused said Mr Sun was likely to enter a guilty plea.

The trio face a mandatory penalty of $7400, plus a maximum general penalty up to $5000.

All three are on bail and will face court again on May 20.
