Mandurah Detectives have charged a man after an attack in Halls Head on Saturday afternoon.
At 1pm, a man drove his Harley Davidson motorcycle into the drive-through at the Peel Alehouse's bottle shop on Guava Way.
Police have alleged a 35-year-old man driving a silver Holden Commodore sedan drove at the man on the motorcycle and pinned him to a wall.
He reversed and repeated this action on two more occasions then fled the area, not stopping to render assistance.
Emergency services were called to the scene, where a 31-year-old man from Chidlow had suffered serious injuries to his lower limbs.
He was taken to Peel Health Campus and later to Fiona Stanley Hospital for medical treatment.
A short time later detectives attended a residence and arrested the 35-year-old man.
He has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm with intent.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Sunday.
