There were emotional scenes at Bendigo Bank Stadium in Mandurah on Sunday as Peel Thunder took on Swan Districts in a tribute match to honour Steve Bazzo.
Thunder took the win, but only after a concerted Swans effort in the third quarter saw the visitors hit the lead.
