STUDENTS at Assumption Catholic Primary School are finalists for the Partnership Acceptance Learning Sharing (PALS) Project.
The school set up the Mandjoorgoordap meeting place as the heart of their art show in July, which included Aboriginal-style paintings and artwork created with seeds and painted masks.
PALS is a Department of Aboriginal Affairs initiative that encourages young people to take on leadership roles and strengthen relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.
Representatives from Assumption will affend an awards ceremony at Parliament House on Friday, November 7.
