A BROKEN asbestos fence may cause delays to motorists on Anstruther Road with Council workers diverting traffic around the scene.
Investigations are now underway and it is expected the section of road between the Silver Sands shops and Wyeree Road roundabout will be closed for three to four hours.
A recovery team will remove the product from the site and water down the area.
