A WOMAN sentenced to more than five years' imprisonment in a Perth court last week for manslaughter after leading a man to his death fronted Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday.
Danielle Kovac, of Coodanup, appeared via video link from Bandyup Prison and pleaded guilty to threatening to injure or harm a person and disorderly conduct in relation to incidents on January 31 in Mandurah.
The court heard Ms Kovac was at a medical centre about 3.30pm when she became aggressive.
The prosecutor said Ms Kovac threatened to return to the centre and kill the receptionist before calling the victim a "f***ing b***h".
The victim said she had been scared for her life with Ms Kovac saying she had been "under a lot of stress at the time".
Ms Kovac was fined $750 plus court costs and was sentenced to one month in prison, to be served concurrently.
