$60m-plus Berrima property on the market after failed coal mining bid

A group of Southern Highlands properties amassed by Hume Coal have hit the market as a single listing shortly after the company's application for a proposed coal mine there was knocked back by NSW regulators, with price expectations of more than $60 million.
