Peel Volunteer Resource Centre has now opened nominations for the Alcoa Peel Volunteer of the Year Awards.
Now in their 14th year, the awards promote the value and important contributions made to the social, cultural, economic and environmental wellbeing to the Peel community.
They pay tribute to all those who, by their accomplishments, encourage and promote the spirit of volunteerism.
To be eligible for these awards, the volunteering effort must be of benefit to the Peel region.
Nominations can be made in the following categories -
- Peel Volunteer Supported by the City of Mandurah
- Peel Youth Volunteer Supported by the Shire of Murray
- Peel Community Group Supported by the Shire of Waroona
