Mandurah Angels, a social support group for those affected by breast cancer, hosted a glamorous op-shop themed ball to raise money for their team at Relay for Life later this year.
On the evening of September 18, the halls of the Mandurah Bowling Club were adorned with balloons and decorations, and 80 people were in attendance to celebrate the evening.
Mandurah Angels Susan Boltz and Cherie Pemberton agreed that what made the night most special, was the joy felt by every attendee.
"The most amazing thing was how much fun it was," Ms Pemberton said.
"Everyone had an absolute good time.
"It was wonderful to see the forever smiles on people's faces all night.
"There were ladies there still going through treatment or just finishing treatment - considering what a lot of people have gone through it was lovely to see them smiling and having fun."

Ms Boltz added that the entertainment organised for the event kept everyone in high spirits and laughing all night.
"We held an auction - John Phillips from Century 21 was our auctioneer and he did an absolutely fantastic job," Ms Boltz said.
"A lot of credit to him and also the prizes we had.
"The community of Mandurah have been amazing as far as their contributions - including all the people who attended and donated."
The evening also included live entertainment from 'Doctor What and the Sonic Scientists', raffles, a mini op-shop and a fashion parade.
"We had a brilliant fashion show," Ms Pemberton said.
"There were awards for the best dressed lady, best dressed man and the weirdest dressed.
"And the fashion show was judged by 'the fashion police' dressed as policemen."
The night raised $5,150.55, and the funds will go towards the Mandurah Angels Relay for Life team, who will represent the club at the relay event on November 13.
"We are going to have a gazebo there with raffle prizes and a wheel, as well as a mini op-shop," Ms Boltz said.
The Mandurah Angels will be on the foreshore for Purple Bra Day on September 24 from 9.15-midday, and will be collecting cash and coin donations.
"We'll be collecting cash - even if it's just your small change, every bit helps," Ms Pemberton said.
