A hole-in-one is a rare achievement, even for professional golfers, so there must be something in the water at the Mandurah Country Club judging by recent events.
Last month, one of the club's youngest members, 10-year-old Isabella Day, made a hole in one on the sixth hole during a junior clinic.
Along with Isabella's proud dad Alan and younger brother Alexander, also to witness this amazing shot was Club professional Gary Colquhoun and one of the club's most senior players Bev Jackson, who has been a member for 56 years.
Of course it is not fair that a 10-year-old can achieve such a feat when her parents Alan and Vanessa, both keen golfers, are yet to get even close to the elusive hole-in-one, the odds of which are 12,500 to one (these odds would be even greater odds for a 10-year-old).
Being only 10 years of age, Club President Ian Johnson gave Isabella an exemption from the traditional "buying a round of drinks for everyone at the bar" in a congratulatory letter to the young "Ace".
'Anything you can do (I can do better)' is a show tune composed by Irving Berlin for the 1946 Broadway musical 'Annie Get Your Gun'.
It is now the go-to song in the Schneider family after the events of last week. On Tuesday, whilst playing in the Veteran's competition, husband Zion achieved a hole-in-one at the par three, 136 metre par third hole, his first in his nine year membership at the club.
Thinking he would have long-term bragging rights at home, two days later wife Elana, also a nine year member, achieved a hole-in-one during the ladies competition at the 144m par three 17th hole.
If distance matters, then the seven metre difference gives Elana the edge but Zion can always claim to be the first in the family to achieve the feat.

The chance of a married couple achieving a hole-in-one within two days of each other at the same course certainly defies the odds and it is certainly the first time anyone can remembering it happening in the 60+ year history of the club.
Club President Ian Johnson said, "Elana and Zion are terrific members of our club, both very keen golfers who freely volunteer their time helping around the club & support the club in so many ways".
"Knowing the couple well, I can only smile when I think about Zion's reaction when Elana came home and broke the news - priceless."
