At about 8.30pm on Thursday, June 17, emergency services were called to attend a house fire on Albany Drive in Dawesville
Mandurah community pages were rife with concern as the flames fanned high into view of several blocks.
A representative from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) told the Mail that several stations attended the scene.
"There were four stations in attendance, including Falcon Volunteer Fire and Rescue and Mandurah Volunteer Fire and Rescue," he said.
"The fire was extinguished just before 9pm and the cause has been deemed accidental."
The spokesperson added that there appeared to be around $200,000 in damage.
