Murphy's served it's first pint back on February 11, 2008.
With a slight reschedule due to the recent lockdown Murphy's celebrated its 13th birthday on Friday night.
Murphy's owner Edward Janiec chose the popular Friday happy hour to surprise over 180 regular patrons with a free pint each to celebrate the occasion.
"I wanted to give something away to thank our loyal patrons but didn't think it was fair for just one person to win a trip or prize, so I thought a complimentary pint for all was something I knew everyone would be happy to receive, because who doesn't love free beer?," he said.
Of course, there was free birthday cake too and a great band to party all night to.
Local owners Edward, Peta and Rodney would like to extend a big thank you to the Mandurah community for their continued support over 13 great years.
