A 75-year-old man from Mandurah has been charged with a string of historic child sex offences.
Child Abuse Squad detectives charged the man with 14 offences on Tuesday, January 20, following an investigation into several reports of child sex abuse that date back over a 35-year span.
Police allege during 1980 to 2015, the man sexually assaulted three girls who were aged between 7 and 12 at the time of the first offences.
The man will face charged with four counts of indecent dealing with a child who is a lineal of de facto relative, three counts of sexually penetrated a person over 18 who is a lineal relative, two counts of knowingly sexually penetrated a child who is a lineal or de facto relative and two counts of sexual penetration of a child under 13 years.
He will also face one count of inciting indecent dealing with a girl under 16 years, incest by male and indecently deals with a child over 13 years and under 16 years.
The man is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, January 20 and police will oppose bail.
