Join Ruby Spinning Arts on this edgy, silly, saucy, whimsical re-imagining of Shakespeare's lesser known comedy "Pericles, Prince of Tyre" created, performed, crewed and produced entirely by local young people.
Prince Pericles of Tyre's entire life is an epic adventure as he voyages to find the woman he loves between 6 islands, 5 jousting knights, 4 lots of seamen, 3 rulers, 2 assassins, and 1 major twist ending.
The play is running from January 14-16 and viewers are welcome to head to the Quarry Adventure Park, Meadow Springs from 6.40pm for a 7pm start.
There is recommended parental guidance as the play contains mild language and themes.
Audience members are recommended to bring blankets, cushions and chairs to sit on, a picnic to snack on, warm gear, and mosquito repellent.
The original production is proudly supported by Drug Aware, Healthway, and Regional Arts WA to promote the drug aware message, and by Shape Mandurah's community soup grant.
Attendance is free and seating will not be reserved, however due to COVID you will need to register for tickets and 'pay what you think'.
