Rockingham Police are urgently seeking the public's assistance for information regarding the whereabouts of a three-week-old border collie kelpie X puppy who was last seen at his Port Kennedy home around 10am on Wednesday, 18 November 2020.
The puppy's home was broken into and it is unknown if the offender(s) stole him or if he wandered away through an open door.
