You wouldn't expect to see a half-acre of English garden in Mandurah but for one avid gardner that is exactly what she has done.
Greenfields resident Pamela McCagh has created a serene garden for the community to enjoy, with blue and white wisterias hanging over a French and Victorian style gazebo and more than 250 rose trees.
"It is a beautiful garden with over 200 rose trees and it has got every fruit tree you can imagine," she said.
"A lot of people say fruit and vegetables are hard to grow here so I planted them to show people that they can grow anything they want in Mandurah."
Now having close to 400 likes on Facebook, Pamela said people have flocked from all over to see her English inspired garden.
"People came down from everywhere to see it," she said.
"Everyone just had a wonder and a cup of coffee - it was so nice for people to be laughing and smiling again and talking about what they want to plant in their gardens."
