Update October 9:
Aboriginal elder Harry Daniel Nannup has pleaded not guilty in the Perth Magistrates Court on October 9.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on December 18.
September 25:
Mr Nannup was due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on September 25 over alleged child sex offences.
He is accused of three counts of indecently dealt with a child who is a lineal/defacto relative and three counts of knowingly sexually penetrating a child who was a lineal/defacto relative.
Mr Nannup didn't attend court to face the charges on Friday.
He had his case adjourned and bail extended and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on October 9.
