Increase in hoon activity

Following on from the report of hoon activity in Dawesville, this also extends to the Bouvard area and I am sure further south. Unlicenced cars roaring around doing burnouts all times of the day and night, off road motorbikes and quad bikes using the footpaths and roads with no regard for anyone. No number plates to be able to report them. Please Mandurah police and rangers, can you step up the patrols down this way as we pay rates too.
