Police are investigating a group of people who allegedly organise parties at short-term rental houses using fake credit card details.
The investigations are ongoing after a WA teenager was accused of sexually assaulting underage girls at short-term rental house parties advertised online.
The 18-year-old man allegedly abused two 15-year-old girls between November 2019 and January 2020.
Investigations are continuing.
"The parties are advertised online and target specific ethnic groups and attract a large number of young people," a police spokeswoman said.
The Thornlie man was charged with two counts of sexual penetration of a child and aggravated sexual penetration without consent.
The investigation by the Child Abuse Squad is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
