Rockingham claimed their third win on the trot to remain atop the Dudley Tuckey Cup ladder with a 14.14 (98) to 4.1 (25) win over Halls Head at Anniversary Park on Saturday.
Kyle Havelberg found himself among the Rams' best players for the third straight week while Tyson Powell snared his second four-goal haul in as many weeks to lead the way.
Halls Head would have been hoping for a hot start coming off a bye the week before, but it was the Rams firing out of the gate with four goals to one in the opening term.
That put the pressure on the Lightning and, trailing by 19 at the first break, they were never able to conjure a response.
By half time the margin had swelled to 37, with Dylan Hill and Andrew Walsh also influential for the hosts.
Jared Middleton and Travis Sexton did all they could to will Halls Head into the contest, but the Rams continued to run away with the match in the second half.
Powell's four-goal bag puts him at eight majors from just two games this season, lifting him to second on the league's leading goal-kicker tally.
The victory keeps the Rams atop the table ahead of a South Mandurah side snapping at their heels.
Rockingham will sit through a bye week in round four, while the Lightning look to claim their first win as they take on Centrals.
