In a gesture of gratitude, the community at Ingenia Gardens Seascape delivered a hamper of treats to the healthcare team at Peel Health Campus to thank them for their continual dedication during COVID-19 restrictions.
With Ingenia Gardens Seascape residents raving about the care they receive from the Peel Health Campus staff, community manager Sonia Magee said it was the least she could do on behalf of the residents.
"We know first-hand what fantastic work the staff at Peel Health Campus do and we couldn't be more grateful," she said.
"They have always shown such incredible kindness and warmth to our residents when they need medical care.
"It's been a challenging time for many, so we wanted to give the team a bit of a boost and let them know how much we appreciate all their efforts and continued service."
Ingenia Gardens Seascape resident Margaret Roberts said she was thankful to have such excellent healthcare close to her home.
"I've had to call an ambulance a few times and the Peel Health Campus staff have always been so caring and assuring nothing is ever too much, even when they are so busy," she said.
"They have always been very good to me and it's wonderful to have such excellent health services here in Mandurah."

Ms Magee said Peel Health Campus staff were touched by the gifts from Ingenia Gardens Seascape and its' residents.
"At a time like this, it's important to take a moment to acknowledge and thank those who are giving so much of their time and themselves to our community," she said.
"Ingenia Gardens is for seniors living independently so being able access to health care services that not only provide an essential service, but do so with excellence and kindness, is a blessing for our residents."
