The Mandurah Rotary Club has raised thousands of dollars for local charities despite calling off this year's Duck Race and Family Fun Day.
The annual event, which was scheduled to take place in April, was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Usually, locals would buy $5 tickets for a rubber duck then crowds of thousands would line the eastern foreshore to watch them race in Mandjar Bay.
Last year's winner took home the keys to a brand new car.

Despite the event being cancelled in 2020, the Mandurah Rotary Club continued to fundraise to donate money back to community organisations.
Twenty-six local groups shared in $13,500 raised by the Club, including the Mandurah Southern Bushfire Brigade and Foster Share Shed who assist child foster carers.
Marg Pantall from the Rotary Club said the team was grateful they could still lend a helping hand during a difficult time for everyone.
"We are very pleased to have assisted all of these great volunteers in Mandurah," she said.
"Thanks to everyone in Mandurah who supported [us] this year and we look forward to seeing you again in 2021."
