It's important to practice self-care - there is a lot of uncertainty right now and this may make you feel overwhelmed or stressed.
Taking time away from the media and news to do things that make you feel physically and emotionally safe is helpful to your wellbeing.
Be kind to yourself and remember it is okay to experience anxiety, frustration, confusion and sadness at a time that is not normal to any of us.
Try to keep engaged in a variety of activities that help your wellbeing and get creative in ways to continue them.
Share with your friends and family whilst maintaining physical distancing.
