Residents between Mandurah and Falcon may have seen some marine search activity off the coast of Falcon on Wednesday afternoon.
About 1:10pm Water Police were advised that a windsurfer appeared to be getting into difficulties and was drifting out to sea.
Water Police began search operations for the windsurfer. In total Water Police received 3 calls relating to this person.
Five boats and three aircraft were deployed and searched the area from The Dawesville Cut to Silver Sands. No person in distress was located.
