Do you have more than 10 years of experience devouring delicious chicken?
Consider yourself a bit of a burger connoisseur and lover of carbs?
Able to lift heavy stacked burgers and possess an expertise in licking fingers?
Then you might have just stumbled upon the greatest job in Western Australia.
Local and beloved takeaway restaurant, Chicken Treat, is searching for two people to taste test a new mystery menu item, which will be the first of its kind in the country.
The taste testers will play a key role in the final stages of perfecting a new burger before it goes out to the public in March.
Successful applicants will be paid a "competitive" hourly rate and be provided with plenty of burgers to work with head office on the daring creation.
Chicken Treat chief executive Mimma Battista said the company had been working on the new mystery menu for a year.
"We are eager to hear what our taste-testers have to say before it hits menu boards across WA," she said.
"We are unpretentious, we are fun, we are cheeky, and we like to push the boundaries and our new product is definitely all of these things."
Applicants will need to be eager to try experimental flavours and taste combinations and a love for chicken is obviously not negotiable.
The job advertisement, which is currently on Seek, also requires applicants to have an "intimate knowledge" of the perfect meat to sauce ratio, "must not have made friends with salad" and have tried chicken and waffles "at least twice".
Ms Battista said the job would be a dream come true for adventurous chicken lovers up to the challenge.
"At Chicken Treat, we specialise in 'deliciousness' - unapologetically indulgent, lip smacking food, the kind that makes you want to unbutton your belt," she said.
"We know West Australians are up for a bit of fun when it comes to burgers. We saw our 'ChicCow burger' with one meat patty and one chicken patty snapped up, and we can't wait to bring you our latest crazy invention.
"The successful candidates will be the first in Australia to try anything like it made by a restaurant chain - and they'll have to be able to keep a secret because once word gets out about this, it's sure to create quite a stir."
A West Aussie favourite since 1976, Chicken Treat now has 58 restaurants across the state from Broome to Albany and out to Kalgoorlie.
