Mandurah Detectives have charged a Halls Head man with 17 offences as a result of a fraud investigation in December, 2019.
It will be alleged that on Saturday, December 29, 2019, the victim noticed several unauthorised purchases on his business account that had occurred the day before.
It will also be alleged the man had purchased goods and services online, using the victim's identity and banking information.
A 32-year-old Halls Head man has been charged with 11 counts of gains benefit by fraud and one count of made, used or supplied identification material with intent to commit an offence.
He was also charged with trespass, possession of stolen or unlawfully obtained property and possession of any drug paraphernalia in or on which there was a prohibited drug or plant.
He is due to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday, February 14.
