The Australian Queen of Cabaret will dance with the worldwide Queen of Country Music in next month's Morning Melodies show.
Taking to the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre stage on February 11, Parton Me starring Dolly Diamond will kick off the 2020 program with an edge-of-your-seat performance.
The performance is a tribute to the most honoured female country singer of all time - Dolly Parton.
With a career in music spanning more than 50 years, as well as 46 Grammys to her name, Parton is a legendary singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, actress, author, businesswoman, and philanthropist.
A multi-award winning performer, Diamond will sing her favourite hits from Parton as well as her most treasured Dolly stories - that she likes to call 'Dollyisms'.
Every song tells its own unique tale so laugh and cry along with all the style and sass that makes this performance one of the best.
Dolly Diamond said she grew up listening to Dolly Parton thanks to her mum.
"There's an emotional connection to her music for me that I really don't get with too many other singers," she said.
"A lady that writes her own songs and has stayed true to who she is for all this time is nothing short of miraculous in this business.
"I'm not trying to impersonate anyone, just show them the love and respect they deserve."
Head along to this unforgettable Morning Melodies show, celebrating the hits of Dolly Parton, on February 11 from 11am.
Ticket price includes a complimentary morning tea from 10am.
