Peel Health Hub celebrated their first birthday on December 11 with plenty of games, giveaways, music and, of course, cake.
Crowds flocked to the medical facility to check out everything on offer as well as enjoy free food, a petting zoo, bucking bull, arts and crafts and face painting.
The nine services based in the building each hosted stalls with interactive activities informing the community of their work.
A number of dignitaries also joined the celebrations including Canning MP Andrew Hastie, Mandurah MP David Templeman, Murray Wellington MP Robyn Clarke and Mandurah mayor Rhys Williams.
GP Down South chief executive Amanda Poller welcomed everyone at the official ceremony.
"It's amazing that we are here again, one year on, after setting up the one stop shop for the health needs of young people," she said.
"The centre is magnificent, fully occupied and seeing many clients every day so it's a really proud moment for so many of us.
"We want to help and support people to live the lives that they want to live."

The $9.2 million Peel Health Hub was officially opened by Health Minister Roger Cook on December 12, 2018, after three years of planning.
The state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to offering a unique and collaborative model of care for youth in the Peel region.
Ms Poller also thanked representatives from local, state and federal governments for their funding to get the Peel Health Hub up and running, and continued commitment to the facility.
"We got here through strong community support, a lot of partnerships working together and also bipartisan support from all three levels of government," she said.
"That is ongoing to enable the centre and the services we offer to be a success."
