Authorities say a Nambeelup bushfire which started Wednesday night is contained, under control and no longer impacting the community.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services issued an all clear for residents on Saturday morning in the area bounded by Nambeelup Road and the proposed Readheads Road to the north, Hopeland Road to the east, Lakes Road to the south and Forrest Highway to the west.
The WA Police Arson Squad believe the fire, which burned about 65 hectares of land, started after a vehicle was set alight about 8.45pm on Wednesday night, near Lakes Road and Yangedi Road.
Firefighters will continue to patrol the area over the coming days.
Anyone with information regarding the fire is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
Rewards of up to $50,000 are available for information that leads to the identification and conviction of an arsonist.
