New information has been released as Mandurah Detectives continue to investigate an armed robbery that occurred in Dawesville, in which four teenage boys were threatened with a machete.
Around 3.15pm on Sunday, November 10, the boys were fishing on a jetty in Estuary Road, approximately 300 metres north of the Dawesville Foreshore Reserve.
They were threatened by four males aged between 17 and 21 years old.
One was armed with a machete and another with a bottle.
They stole phones, cash and jewellery before leaving the area in an older model Subaru Forester.
The car is described as dark in colour, possibly blue, with faded paint down the side.
It had a plastic travel pod/case on the roof, was displaying red P plates and had a possible partial registration of 'WR'.
The car and its occupants were seen camping in the Dawesville region prior to the incident and the vehicle is known to frequent the area.
The boys were not injured in the incident.
