A teenager has been charged over a string of burglaries in Mandurah including an incident where he held a woman at knife-point in her home.
Mandurah Detectives have arrested a 16-year-old boy as a result of their ongoing investigations into numerous burglaries in the Dudley Park and Greenfields area.
Police allege the teenager forced entry into a home on Balwina Road, Greenfields on Thursday, October 24.
A 62-year-old woman was threatened with a large knife.
Verbal threats were made to the woman and jewellery was forcibly removed from her neck, personal items were smashed and a sum of cash was stolen.
It is also alleged, the youth was involved in several home burglaries within the Greenfields and Dudley Park areas between October 8-9 and October 24.
The 16-year-old Dianella boy was charged with several charges including six counts of aggravated home burglary and commit, five counts of stealing, aggravated armed robbery and threaten to kill.
He is due to appear before the Perth Children's Court today, November 12.
