A 22-year-old Mandurah mother has appeared in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday accused of fraudulently taking a child from their guardian.
Nicki Lee Cooper has not entered a plea to forcibly, fraudulently takes, entices away, detains a child under 16 years old.
Lawyer Clare Hay asked the case to be adjourned to January.
Ms Cooper is due to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on January 14, 2020. Her bail was extended.
